My Anticipated Books

Want to keep and eye out for decent upcoming books?
Here is a list of books coming out in the next year or so. I have read books from these authors before and recommend all of them.

Alice-Miranda in Hollywood by Jacqueline Harvey

"Alice-Miranda and her friends are of to Hollywood to take part in Lawrence Ridley's new movie.
It's a western with a twist, and they'll be shooting some scenes on location at the picturesque Grand Canyon. Everyone's excited to get a sneak peak of the glitz and glamour of show business-especially Caprice.
On set however, there is high drama with tears and tantrums, romance and a string of suspicious mishaps. Is there a villain lurking behind the scenes, or could the rumours of a curse be true?
Alice-Miranda is determined to get to the bottom of the mystery before tensions explode."

This is the 16th book in this fabulous series I believe. This series must be read in order so I don't suggest that you start this book. Alice-Miranda in Hollywood is releasing on the 1st of September this year.
Jacqueline Harvey is an Australian writer, who is currently also working on a new series, which will be her 3rd series so far. For more info click the link to her website here: http://jacquelineharvey.com.au/
This brings me to the next on my anticipated list....

Kensy and Max series by Jacqueline Harvey

There is no cover yet that I know of for this series but the 1st book comes out on March 1st, 2018.

Not much info has been given about it unfortunately so I can't tell you much. I am not sure which age group it will be aimed for but I am sure, like all of her books, that they will be very cute and kid-friendly.

Dandy, the Mountain Pony by Kelly Wilson

Dandy, the Mountain Pony is also a first book in a brand new series. Kelly Wilson has written 4 books, all bout their (Kelly and her 2 sisters) experiences with native New Zealand horses.
This new series appears to be about their growing up. Book 1 will be out in October, with Book 2, 3, and 4 coming in 2018.

                                               Dangerous Illusions by Irene Hannon

#1 Code of Honor series
"Trish Bailey is on overload trying to deal with a demanding job, an ailing mother, and a healing heart. When a series of unsettling memory lapses leads to a tragic death-and puts Trish under police scrutiny-her world is once again thrown into turmoil. Detective Colin Flynn isn't certain what to think of the facts he uncovers during his investigation.
Did Trish simply make a terrible mistake or is there more to the case than meets the eye?
As he searches for answers, disturbing information begins to emerge-and if the forces at work are as evil as he suspects, the situation isn't just dangerous. . . it's deadly."
The expected release date is the 3rd of October this year.
Irene Hannon has written many Christian suspense novels, but also some Contemporary Romances.

A Place at Our Table by Amy Clipston

#1 Amish Homestead series
"In the midst of family heartaches, can two young Amish people move past their grief and trust that God’s will includes finding happiness again? Jamie Riehl might very well be burning both ends of the candle. Running the family farm keeps him busy enough, but add in his volunteering for the local fire department, and Jamie barely has time to eat at the family table, never mind find someone to date. But when he meets Kayla Dienner while responding to a fire, he is smitten.

Kayla tries so hard to deny her attraction to Jamie. After all, she’s spent the last year trying to talk her younger brother, Nathan, out of joining the fire department. The death of their older brother in a fire a year ago has reinforced the dangers of just such a profession, and she can’t bear the idea of putting her heart on the line every time the sirens blare. When tragedy strikes, Jamie runs from the guilt he feels and buries himself in his work, extinguishing any flickers of a relationship between him and Kayla. In order to save the love she was so determined to deny, Kayla must set aside her own fears, trusting that the reward of love is far greater than the risk of pain".

Coming out on the 14th of November, 2017.
I also recommend the Amish Heirloom series by this amazing author.

I hope this was helpful to find some new authors.

A book recommendation post is coming soon as well.
